March Preventative Maintenance

So close to spring I'm almost ready to drool! Not that the weather is cooperating. We go outside in the sun and go for a walk just to end up in the gray sky and pouring rain 10 minutes later!! It's still a good time for preventative maintenance!! (When isn't a good time?!) This is a great time to check your foundation. Just take a walk around the outside, look at the foundation, crawl space and basement. You are searching for cracks and water damage.

It's also time to GREEN IT UP! This is fertilizer time! Get down that weed and feed so your lawn has a healthy start!
