December/January Preventative Maintenance
With the wonderful Washington weather we are all stuck inside quite a bit. It's a perfect time to inspect several items in our homes!! Inspect washer and refrigerator hoses for wear, damage, and leaks. Even if they are newer it is worth it to check them.
Replace filters in heating, cooling, and water systems. If your refrigerator has water in the door then it has a filter too!
Check kitchen, laundry & bathroom ventilation, make sure that it is pulling air in.
Ensure there is adequate clearance around the refrigerator for proper airflow, don't store plastic bags or any other items along the side of it and ensure to immediately remove any items that fall down behind it.
